FLN type Monopole

The "FLN" is an18-sided monopole in heights up to 60m, made of 7.5m tapered hollow steel sections, which are bolted together with circular flanges.

The FLN series is designed for medium to heavy loads, generally suitable for standard single or multi operator cellular sites.

The FLN monopole is designed for heights of 15 to 60m, and it can be easily shipped in an OT 40' ISO container.

The FLN modular design allows last minute modification - modules can easily be changed according to the specific site design.

Each monopole is equipped with a variety of accessories, such as platforms, antenna mounts, safety devices, obstruction lights, lightning protection kit etc, which can be installed at any desired height and orientation.

Optimal Height

15 to 60m.

TIA/EIA 222-F, AISC manual, AASHTO 2001, CP3, BS8100

Material

• Pole shafts are fabricated from high-strength steel ST52-3
• Plates and flanges are fabricated from ST37-2 steel.

Connections

Bolts are ISO 8.8, SAE Grade 5, or ASTM A-325, supplied with two washers, nut and spring washer.

Galvanizing

All steel members are hot-dip galvanized in accordance with ASTM A123.

Anchoring

Anchor rods (ASTM F1554) with leveling nuts are supplied with a positioning template.

Ladder

The monopoles are supplied with an internal or external ladder with safety line or rail. Horizontal cable hangers are located inside the hollow section.
